Haptomai

Today’s walk can really only be understood to the depths Jesus desires for us by watching the video clip. The scripture base is Luke 5:12. The man cried out to Jesus for healing of his leprosy. He knew Jesus was able to heal him, but he wasn’t sure He really wanted to. Isn’t this us sometimes, we all know Jesus can do the impossible in our lives. We just are not sure He actually wants to especially if it stems from a poor decision we made. In this story, Jesus’ “touches” the man and says, “I AM willing.” What happens next changes this man’s life forever.

Are you actually willing to let Jesus haptomai you in your state of leper conscience? He is willing to heal every aspect of your heart. The Greek word haptomai means to take hold of, fasten, to adhere. Take a few minutes to watch this clip of what haptomai is and what actually happened between Jesus and the man of Luke 5.
